Russ And Chris

I can't believe it, he did so well. I thought it would be fun to get together with Pepere and watch him get his haircut. I never imagined Aaron would let us do it to him. He wiggled so much for the few minutes it took at home to clean up the back of his neck. The barber had a special chair to lift him high and was so fast. Aaron didn't like the razor buzzing near his neck, but we got the rest. I can't believe what a difference it makes. He's so cute.

If you can believe it is was a little chilly at the beach yesterday. Poor little guy was shivering in his swimsuit by the end, but thats because the boys went in the water. I expected it to be a lot colder, but it wasn't too bad once you got your feet in. SInce I was in control of the camera I didn't have to go further than my shins :-)
Aaron had an awesome time in the hole Russ dug and then later when Russ buried him up to his waist. Course my main concern was all the sand he was trying to eat when we first got there. ugh!!

Hope all you moms had a great day. We went down to RI today to a wonderful brunch at the Crown Plaza Hotel. Then we stopped at the nursing home to wish Grammie a Happy Mothers Day!

A continuation of the other post. I loved this photo so much, too cute with Aaron running around and picking all the dandelions he could find. And of course everyone of them had to be given to someone. It was great to have the big horse paddock so that he could run around.

We went to go visit Gruant and Gruncle last weekend. It's always so nice to go there cause it gives us a chance to relax and let Aaron have a larger area to play in. Course it doesn't hurt that Gruant makes some great meals for us while we're there. We let the chickens out for a few hours to graze and Aaron loved chasing after them. It was so cute, and although I was a little nervous that one would peck him , they never did.

Last wednesday was so nice I got together with some friends and babies and we all went to Wrights Pond for the afternoon. It reached about 80 degrees and the kids played in the water and on the sand. Aaron got a big kick out of seeing the little fish in the water coming right up to our toes. If you can believe it this is his swimsuit from last summer. So happy it still fits.

What a little man he's turning into. The other day he found the Swiffer in the corner, so I took it down a few pegs and now its the perfect height for him.. I just need to throw a wet paper towel on the bottom and he can help clean the floors. Today he "helped" me empty the dishwasher. He took out all the plastic wear and put it into the living room in a nice pile. :-) Never to young to do chores.

Daddy and Aaron at the park last Sunday.. too cute. This was after Aaron decided to take a face plant onto the cement. He's new to the walking thing.. We took him out of the stroller, he took about 5 steps and proceded to fall flat on his face without the use of his hands.. ouch.. a little "road rash" as Daddy calls it on his upper lip, plus some blood in the mouth, but bounced back. Course I then held his hand while walking on cement for the rest of the afternoon.

I'm such a bad mom for not wishing him a happy birthday on my blog.. oh well, better late than never. I blame this on the fact that he's had 3 "parties" already with one more planned with relatives. We need to condense this party thing people.
