I've been meaning to brag, but hadn't had a chance to get around to it.. (more later) About a month ago I baked a cake... Now I know this sounds not too hard, but I iced it too :-)
My friend Tracy was getting married and I was invited to a bridal shower and asked to bring a carrot cake.. Most normal people would go out and by a cake, but I thought I'd put some effort into it and ice it myself.. made it feel a little bit more special.. It got rave reviews and I was fairly impressed myself.
